About Me:

KANDELO Born March 10th in New York City his name Angel Rosario. At an early age he had the talent to improvise lyrics with music; a talent which he inherited from his grandmother who was a well known trovadora in Puerto Rico. In 1997 Angel feeling the need to perform creates a musical group called “The Brooklyn Boyz.” Performing merengues, pop and R&B music captivating his audiences. Striving for perfection Angel studies vocals at the ny performance artist school vocals & stage managemnt & Frank Valiente others teachers, Guitar and Cuatro a and Acting classes with Roy Arias at the Raul Julia center for the arts in NYC and dance with the dance co. United Mambo Dance, He enters the studio to create his first cd of salsa music with compositions of his inspiration, In 2004 his song “Se Detuvo El Amor.” Wins an honorable mention at the Latin American Song Festival of San Francisco, He travels the U.S. and Latin America promoting himself and he is baptized by his audience “El Angel De La Salsa.” Being the innovator that he is he sets out and changes his image and musical style. Angel meets Regetton producer Ricky Cash & creating the song “Te Veo Adonde Quiera ,kandelo decide to learn & stablish his own style with the help of a producer name Genio kila in the island puerto rico! with the collaboration of Ina-K-Ina inseparable friend . Kandelo “El Kandelero.” is born performing all over the U.S. and Latin America Cuba SANTO DOMINGO,Participating in well known shows IN HIS COUNTRY * PUERTO RICO* Such as “No Te Duermas, Primer Impacto, & Escandalo T.V., Among others, He also collaborated on the new production “Soy Diffrente.” from the Salsa Diva “La India.” On the songs “Te Tengo Que Dejar Ir.” and “Lagrima.”He is currently working on his new production Como Perros Y Gatos and he finished filming his first musical video “No Puedo Hablar.” with Ina-K-Ina dedicated to the paparazzi. We are sure that Kandelo will be a major force in the Latin Urban music community known as Reggeton Kandelo with his comercial voice and his personality! is a humble and complete talented artist! kandelo write all his songs! his motivation are based on real live! situacions! at present time Kandelo did his first part in a incomming movie call Bx: Thugs Soldiers Directed by ALBERTO SUAREZ & Demostrate one more time his talent kandelo is getting prepare for his first Concert on may 31, 2008 Brooklyn NEW YORK!
